DESCRIPTION
- Interior/Exterior Water-Based Stain Blocking Primer/Sealer great for blocking stains on drywall, paneling, wood, masonry and stucco.

RECOMMENDED USE
- New or unsealed interior drywall, non-staining wood, plaster, brick, stone and concrete surfaces.
- THINNING: Use as is. DRY TIME: Dries to the touch in 1-2 hours. Topcoat after two hours. Allow 24 hours before sanding. Low temperature or high humidity may increase dry time. COVERAGE: Average coverage 300-400 sq. ft. per gallon.
- CLEAN UP: Use warm water and soap. DISPOSAL: Full: Give remaining product to neighbors or community organization. Partially full: (If state or local regulations allow) Pour residue into absorbent material. When dry, dispose of in trash for pick up.
- Empty: This container may be accepted in a recycling program.
- STORAGE: Protect unused product from freezing.

APPLICATION METHOD
- Stir thoroughly before and during use.
- Do not apply over a surface that has not been properly prepared.
- Use product when surface and air temperature are between 50°F – 90F.
- Do not over spread.
- Use a high quality 3/8 inch nap roller cover or nylon/polyester brush.
- If applying by roller, roll from dry area into the wet using firm crisscrossing strokes. Finish with long ceiling to floor strokes in one direction.
- Paint the ceiling first, then the walls.
- Allow new masonry to cure at least 30 days before coating.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove dirt, grease ,wax and soap residue.
- Dull glossy areas with sandpaper.
- Patch cracks and holes & sand smooth when dry, then prime.
- New plaster must be properly cured before priming.
- New wood with tannic acid bleed may require StartRight Oil Base Primer/Sealer (SRO-1).
WARNING
- CONTAINS CRYSTALLINE SILICA HARMFUL IF INHALED. Inhalation of crystalline silica can cause cancer.
- Risk of cancer depends on duration and level of exposure to dust generated from sanding surfaces or spray mist.
- When sanding or spraying product use. LIQUID PAINT AND VAPOR MAY CAUSE IRRITATION: Use only with adequate ventilation. To ensure fresh air entry during application and drying, open all windows and doors.
- If headache or dizziness is experienced during use leave area for fresh air. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY: Paint contains glycol ethers. May be harmful if swallowed in large quantities.
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Can cause irritation. Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
- FIRST AID: INHALATION: If excessive exposure symptoms are experienced, leave area to obtain fresh air. If difficulty continues, get medical assistance immediately. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. EYE CONTACT: Flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. SKIN CONTACT: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.
