RECOMMENDED USE
- Exterior above ground natural & pressure-treated woods including cedar, redwood, fir and pine. Also provides excellent protection while maintaining natural appearance to siding, shakes, wood shingles and landscape timber sand decks. MPI approved.
- THINNING: DO NOT THIN
- DRY TIME: 77F @ 50% humidity: Dry to the touch within 2 to 4 hours. Recoat usually within 24hours. High humidity or low temperatures may increase dry time.
- COVERAGE: 150-350 sq. ft. per gallon first coat, 350-450 sq, ft. per gallon second coat, depending on the porosity of the wood.
- CLEAN UP & DISPOSAL: Wash tools with warm water and soap immediately after application.

APPLICATION METHOD
- Apply only to bare wood surfaces that have been properly prepared and cleaned..
- ONLY ONE COAT IS RECOMMENDED
- Do not apply if rain or dew is expected within 24 hrs or if outside temperature could drop below 50F
- Do not apply in hot sun.
- Stir thoroughly before and during use.
- Intermix all containers for uniform color.Use a premium brush or pad applicator.
- A pump-up sprayer or roller can be used to apply the stain but back brushing with a brush is necessary to get the stain into the wood.
- DO NOT OVER APPLY. Spread well, does not puddle or accumulate on wood surface.
- Moving left to right, apply to two or three boards at a time leaving a “wet edge” to prevent lapping. Saturate end grain.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove loose paint, wash off dirt and grease with detergent.
- Allow to thoroughly dry.
- Scuff-sand and dull glossy surfaces.
WARNING
- CONTAINS CRYSTALLINE SILICA HARMFUL IF INHALED. Inhalation of crystalline silica can cause cancer.
- Risk of cancer depends on duration and level of exposure to dust generated from sanding surfaces or spray mist.
- When sanding or spraying product use. LIQUID PAINT AND VAPOR MAY CAUSE IRRITATION: Use only with adequate ventilation. To ensure fresh air entry during application and drying, open all windows and doors.
- If headache or dizziness is experienced during use leave area for fresh air. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY: Paint contains glycol ethers. May be harmful if swallowed in large quantities.
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Can cause irritation. Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
- FIRST AID: INHALATION: If excessive exposure symptoms are experienced, leave area to obtain fresh air. If difficulty continues, get medical assistance immediately. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. EYE CONTACT: Flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. SKIN CONTACT: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.
